The things i changed or repaired,
Exhaust repaired
Set the ignition at 3,5mm before tdc.
16 teeth sprocket
New odo meter.(VDO style) but forgot to order the cable.
Cut the studs and nuts with M8x1 and put the cilinderhead on with torque wrench

Sunday i took the bike for a testride and it was much better with the 16 th sprocket.

Two small questions:

The return spring from the kickstarter and the sprocket touch each other.
What is the size of the seal behind th sprocket becaus it is leaking.

Yo vivo en la ciudad de Oss en el sur.

Las cosas que cambian o reparados,
de escape reparado
Establecer el contacto en la posición de 3,5 mm antes del PMS.
16 dientes piñón
Nuevos metros. ODO (estilo VDO), pero se olvidó de pedir el cable.
Cortar los espárragos y tuercas con M8x1 y poner la cabeza del cilindro con una llave de torsión

Dos preguntas pequeñas:
El muelle de retorno del pedal de arranque y el piñón toque entre si.
¿Cuál es el tamaño de la junta detrás de la rueda dentada º Debido a que hay una fuga.

The seal is not leaking. The size is 40x30x7.5.
It is leaking between the axes.
I found there should be a felt washer.


El sello no tiene fugas. El tamaño es 40x30x7.5.
Se está escapando entre los ejes.

Hi, Cor:
You have got two ways to repair leaking beetween the axes:
1.- Opening the engine and putting a little seal. But you must lower with the lathe the inner axe.
2.- Without opening the engine: beat the brass into the engine (a little bit) and put a rubber ring.

The return spring of kickstarter I think is deformed. You must take off and give him the shape suitable.

tienes dos maneras de reparar la fuga entre los ejes:
1.- Abriendo el motor y colocando un pequeño retén. Pero deberas rebajar con el torno el eje interior.
2.- Sin abrir el motor: golpear el casquillo de bronce hacia adentro del motor (un poco) y colocar un anillo tórico.

El muelle de retorno de la palanca de arranque yo creo que está deformado. Deberás sacarlo y darle la forma adecuada.
